- Unable to complete tasks in the task list group view by category by selecting ‘completed’ from the list of statuses, the task cannot be completed successfully because the ‘completed’ option is not available
- Unable to select multiple lines that extend across more than one screen within the Quick Edit Mode.
- Unable to use function Constraint Dates in Task List Group View settings, because it’s greyed out.
- Inherited attributes aren’t displayed in task attributes column in Task List Group View.
- The font used for the project name should be more readable.

- Adjusted labeling “Tasks of <project name>” for the Task List page after selection option “Show list of Task”
- Like the option for Active Projects, we have added “Show list of tasks” option for Inactive Projects as well. That would allow to assign resources to the tasks of Inactive Projects and identify bottlenecks without need to transfer Project into Active area.
- Future Load Graph at Pipeline page is changed in a way to depict also load created by Inactive Projects. Be aware that this functionality is not available at Graphs or Resource Management pages.

- We’ve added a Booking ID feature to the system. Now every project item (Summary, Task or Milestone) can have a special number/code/word that is used as an identifier. It can be added in a Task/Summary/Milestone Card and used later in filters to find necessary items.
- We’ve implemented a mechanism of Booking ID inheritance by sub-items from a Summary in case if none is specified for them.
- We’ve created Personal Task List tab on the Task List page to let you overview all your individual tasks sorted out by priority that belong to active projects in the system. Personal Task List is set as a default page to be displayed after logging in to the system.
- We’ve added a user selection functionality to check out other users’ tasks at the Personal Task List tab of the Task List page.

- The Booking ID functionality is also available in Pipeline and the QEM. Every project can have a special number/code/word that is used as an identifier and simplifies the search of a certain item with filtering opportunities. You can add a Booking ID for a Project in a Project Card or for Project’s items (Task, Summary or Milestone) in the QEM.
- We’ve added an opportunity to hide the remaining and spent hours for the PDF printout to conceal some unnecessary information from the customers. The option to hide the remaining and spent hours is also available in the QEM.
- Added new field in Pipeline reports to display an information of the last projects synchronization.

- The bug with the invalid automatic item reordering in the QEM has been fixed. Now, all items in the QEM are ordered automatically.
- The bug with the inability to go inside a multigroup on the Historical load graph with an active MG filter has been fixed. Now you can enter a multigroup on the Historical load graph when the MG filter is enabled.
- The bug with the column ordering removal upon leaving and returning to the Task list page has been fixed. Now when you leave the Task list page and then go back, the items are still ordered by columns.
- The bug with the inability to save long comments by the “save” button in the summary card when editing has been fixed. Now you can create and edit long comments in summary cards and save them by using the “save” button without any problems.
- The bug with the Task List page opening after logging in to the system and an attempt to open the graph in the new tab has been fixed.

- From now on, the order of the items in the “Saved Filters list” can be changed by drag-n-drop.

- When you enter the system for the first time, you’ll see a specific set of filters that includes “group”, “group tag”, “related resources”, and “user” instead of all existing filters. You can filter projects by the required skill and its level in Pipeline.

1. Timesheet
- We’ve adjusted the way long group names are displayed Timesheet. Now the beginning of the name in the user column is shown with a continuation notation at the end. You can see the whole group name in the left part of the window.

- From now on, you can select planning types for the Future Load graph.
3. Task List
- If the user assigned to a task doesn’t belong to the group that is supposed to work on it, you’ll see the name of the group marked with the red color. When you hover over the ‘Assignment’ section in the Task Card, you can see the red name of the group as well and the message “Assigned outside the group of the user”.
- In the reassign pop-up, you can see some changes in the way long group names are displayed. The user column contains just the beginning of the name with a continuation notation. The whole group name is displayed in the left part of the window.

- We’ve adjusted advanced reports export for those that contain too much data. In this case, the system notifies a user that the number of lines in the report goes beyond the limit and suggests to filter it.
- In the Quick Edit mode, long group names are now presented in a handy way, too. You can see the beginning of the name in the user column and then a continuation notation. The whole group name is displayed in the left part of the window.

- Now you can define permission to view individual groups or groups with tags.
- Now you have an opportunity to switch access to view all groups on graphs, so you’ll see ‘no access’ or ‘view all groups’ options if you have corresponding permission.

- We’ve changed the layout of icons in the group window. Now all icons are located to the left of the arrows. You can also move arrows to the left of the group name if it’s too long. The star icon denoting a multigroup has been changed as well.

- If you have no rights to view a group, you’ll see a primary multigroup instead. If there’s no primary multigroup, you’ll see a non-accessible group.

- Now there’s a “Skill” filter in Pipeline, so you can specify your search based on resources’ skills to find the most suitable one.

- If you create several tasks inside a summary in Epicflow, they’re added to the end of the summary in MSP and sorted in descending order.
- We’ve improved the selection of multiple lines in QEM. Now it can be selected from any cell by pressing Shift and left-mouse click.
- We’ve improved the display of long user names in the info tab of Project Card. Now if the user name is too long, it’s cut and you can see a tooltip.
- We’ve improved the display of skills drop-down for bottom assignments in Task Card. The position of skill drop-down in Task Card has been dynamically adjusted to make the list of skills fully visible.
- An item name cell becomes active when you create a new item. So you can easily type the item name with no extra clicks.

- To improve team analysis during daily Stand-ups and black ranges analysis, we’ve added information about completing, deleting, and switching tasks to the progress or on-hold modes. It appears as a hint when hovering over the assignment status in the Task Card or Task status at the Task List page.
- To control the Task Flow, we’ve added Total Values calculation based on the currently applied filter at the Task List page.

- For identification of selected for multiple assignment action assignee’s name will be highlighted on hovering. Also in “Assign to Multiple” mode, you’ll see template Assignment Group and Resource emphasized with bold and cursive(italic) fonts.
- If you “right click -> Assign to multiple” on assignment WITH Resource, then Group + Resource for this Assignment will be used in Multi-Assign mode.
- If you “right click -> Assign to multiple” on assignment WITHOUT Resource, then you’ll see Resource dropdown in corresponding line in Resource Column.
- If you “right click -> Assign to multiple” OUTSIDE of Resource/Group Assignments (even in other columns), then first Assignment will be used.

- Status “Not in progress” is done available for selection even after the status was changed to any other.

- Implemented core functionality to manage risk at Project and groups level by configuring buffer time. Changes of such for this moment is possible only at the level of deep system configuration but functionality to manage such will be added to UI in the later releases.
- Added functionality to depict phases information at Gantt chart. Sprints, Releases or Backlog will be depicted as phases at Gantt.
- Phases are filtered by displayed tasks at Gantt
- If phase is not inside the current selected Date Range then it will be hidden
- If you have dragged phase via phase itself or via phase Milestones (and really changed its dates) it will be shown even if stopped matching filter, so user sees which phases he dragged and can adjust them.
- At the left of phases container we have “Project phases types: …” description
- If all phases are hidden the phases container won’t be shown at all
- New field is added to the Task Card to Phases identification of particular task.
- Implemented functionality for phases editing, creation, deletion, drag-and-drop and filtering data by phases.
- Project reopening at any time at Gantt chart will revert settings of any expand and collapse summaries from the previous review.
- Adjusted behavior of filter element for tasks visualization at Gantt chart with three next options for the filter:

At new connection configuration this value is set by default as two months but can be changed as required. For old connection by default this value will be not filled in.

This section describes the enhancements in ver. December .2018 of Epicflow.
1. Graphs
- For “Historical Load” graph added “Ready to Start” line which indicates the amount of work that the employees were able to start work on. This information will help to judge if low output is caused by lack of tasks which are ready to start by the resource group.

- Added sign in status column for completed assignments
- Added “In Progress” status in separate column “Status. User also can change status via UI in Task Card by left mouse click over the corresponding icon.
- Added comments functionality for the Task which can be reviewed or changed directly in Task Card. For this functionality implemented next set of options:
- Add/remove/edit comment (only own comments can be removed or edited)
- comment can be added in several lines by shift-enter
- comment can be added by enter
- if you have no permission to view this task, you can’t remove/edit your comment
- important comment is shown as important for all users
- filter on important comments is stored in user profile.

3. PipeLine
- During Milestones creation step in Epicflow we have changed order of the milestones’ depiction. From now they will be displayed in date order.
- Milestones movement mode will be also switched off always on “Apply/Cancel” button hit.
- Added explanation about predecessors to ‘Create Clone MS’ pop-up.
- Improved Task card performance using caching all Steps
- Added additional filter, at the right bottom side of the Projects’ flow area, to filter out for depiction only future tasks or selected by range or all tasks.
- Implemented functionality for relations editing in Gantt Chart.
- Added functional logic for the Start MS to pass child MS (since there are no work hours between the two MS. Such range will be displayed in light blue)
- Moving the parent MS before Start MS of child project will be displayed as a light blue range. Which means that input required for this project will be delivered before the project starts.

- Changes of MS is limited only to changes for the original MS in the original project. No cloned MS can be changed\moved. Multiple MSs selection (“Select MSs to the right” option which appears on hovering over the milestone) is applicable only for original MS excluding cloned.
- Moving the original MS, which can cause ‘black ranges’ in other projects, is allowed.
- If Original MS was deleted and recreated later cloned MS will become internal one and no connection between those will be recreated.
- Deletion of the original Project with original MS will make all cloned MS as regular one.
- Added highlighting of the original MS in all projects where it’s used as cloned MS.
- Connection points can’t be used for sharing.
- Auto-calculated MS can’t be used for sharing.
- Implemented letter indication for the child MS also at MS in Gantt
- Adjusted warning message to have it similar during deletion of the parent MS and conversion to the connection point.
- On “Detach child milestone”, for more safe and consistent behavior, added confirmation pop-up whether user is sure that he\she wants to convert child milestone to the regular.
